Emergency Medical Service
The members of Allenhurst Emergency Medical Services are committed to serving the residents of Allenhurst, Loch Arbour and Interlaken. Whatever the time of day, our volunteer members stop what they are doing to respond when called, answering all sorts of emergencies. Each and every call and patient is handled in a professional and caring manner.
As a fully volunteer squad, we rely on members of our community to answer calls for help. We are always looking for new members. We invite anyone, age 18 and older to join our squad. Members are either Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT-B) or Emergency Medical Responders (EMR). Don't have your EMT or EMR yet? We can assist you in becoming certified while you are a member of the squad. For those interested in joining, please reach out to emscaptain@allenhurstnj.org for more information. As a member of the Allenhurst First Aid Squad, you have access to:Ongoing Training and Continuing EducationUse of the Fire Department amenities (clubhouse, gym, meeting room)Membership at Allenhurst Beach Club (after probationary year)
